Thermacore Sections
Thermacore is the reason to specify this brand. The polyurethane is foamed in place between the skins under controlled conditions, producing a section that is both thermally strong and exceptionally stiff. On a sixteen-foot double door under a bedroom, it is one of the two or three constructions we recommend without reservation.
Section joints use a thermal break and interlocking design that limits air infiltration at the weakest point of any sectional door — the horizontal joints.
