When you submit a service request we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, city or ZIP code, the service you need and any details you share about the door. We may also record the page the request was sent from.

How we use it

We use this information only to schedule service, provide estimates and follow up on your request. We do not sell or rent your information. We may share details with the technician assigned to your job or with software providers that deliver our email and scheduling tools.

Calls and text messages

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message frequency varies and standard rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Data retention and security

Requests are retained as long as needed for service history and warranty purposes. We use reasonable technical safeguards, though no method of transmission is completely secure.

Online booking information

When you reserve an arrival window through our online booking tool we also collect your service street address, unit number, the type of visit you selected and your answers about the door's age and condition. We use those answers to route the right technician and stock the truck. Booking records are stored with the same protections as any other service request.

Confirmation emails and calendar files

After a booking we email a confirmation to the address you provide and include a calendar attachment plus links for Google, Outlook, Office 365, Yahoo and Apple calendars. Adding the event to a calendar happens entirely on your device or in your calendar provider's account; we do not gain access to your calendar, contacts or any other data in it.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the site and deliver messages, including an email delivery service that sends your confirmation and our internal notifications, a website host, and a privacy- oriented analytics tool that measures aggregate page and form activity. These providers process information only on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses limited local storage and analytics cookies to remember whether you have already seen our booking invitation and to understand which pages lead to service requests. You can clear or block these through your browser settings without losing the ability to book or contact us.

Children

Our services are directed to homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by calling (888) 706-5757 or emailing info@acegarage.co. You can stop appointment text messages by replying STOP and stop confirmation emails by asking us to remove your address. Requests are handled promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page. Continued use of the site or our booking tool after an update means you accept the current version.
